Tracy focuses her practice on defending employers in connection with labor and employment law, this includes charges, claims, and grievances filed by employees; labor negotiations; non-competition agreements and trade secrets matters; litigation; and training.

Tracy also has significant experience with public employment law. Prior to joining Elarbee Thompson, Tracy was an associate at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore in Los Angeles, CA.

Tracy was also employed by the Fairfax County Virginia Police Department as a Patrol Officer and then as a detective.
