Employment Litigation
Adriana focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation, including discrimination and/or harassment litigation, non-competition/non-solicitation litigation, and trade secret litigation. Adriana drafts and enforces restrictive covenants for employers related to employees in numerous states throughout the United States. Adriana is also involved in providing advice to employers on a daily basis regarding employee counseling issues and in drafting employment policies and training and/or management materials.
Complex Litigation
Adriana defends companies in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, professional liability, fraud, and various other business torts. Adriana is involved in providing advice to companies regarding various contract enforcement issues and has experience utilizing alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation, to resolve complex commercial disputes short of litigation.
