Elliott’s practice focuses on representing public and private employers in labor and employment law litigation and on providing preventive training and other counseling services to employers facing labor and employment issues. Elliott represents management in various aspects of labor and employment law before state and federal courts and civil rights agencies. His experience includes defending claims involving allegations of unlawful discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. Elliott also counsels clients on various employment policies and practices including employee misconduct, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employee handbooks, and discipline in the workplace. Elliott regularly provides training and counseling to employers in all areas of employment law.
