Justin’s practice focuses on representing public and private employers in labor and employment law litigation and on providing preventive training and other counseling services to employers facing labor and employment issues, as well as Complex Litigation involving specialty lines of insurance. In this regard, Justin handles Directors and Officers, Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions and Fiduciary liability matters for various insurers and their respective insureds. These range from medical and dental malpractice to various other types of miscellaneous professional liability matters for companies, entities or other professionals.
