12-10-09 - Brent L. Wilson was a speaker at The Georgia State Bar Labor and Employment Institute held at State Bar Headquarters. His presentation was entitled, "Employment Law Issues Involving Social Networking." 

12-08-09 - Rich Escoffery conducted a breakfast roundtable for clients in Columbus, GA. The topic of discussion was "Recent Changes in Labor and Employment Law."

12-02-09 - Dave Whitlock presented on the topic of "Professionalism in Immigration Law" at the 2009 ICLE seminar held at the State Bar of Georgia Headquarters.

11-04-09 - R. Read Gignilliat and Tracy Glanton made a presentation to the Georgia Local Government Personnel Association at Callaway Gardens. The topic discussed was CDL Drug and Alcohol Testing.

11-04-09 - Patrick Lail was a guest speaker at the Dispute Resolution Section of the Atlanta Bar Association breakfast. The breakfast was held at the Ashford Club in Atlanta and began at 7:30 AM. 10-29-09 - Brent L. Wilson was be a panel speaker for the Joint Forum for African American Senior Level Professionals sponsored by Mullings Corporation. This breakfast event began at 7:30 AM at the Embassy Suites Atlanta-Perimeter Center. The topic for the panel was “Obama – One Year Later: The Social, Economic and Professional Effect that an African American U.S. President has had on the Human Resources Profession and in the African American Community in America.”

09-30-09 - Douglas Duerr spoke at the Buffalo Wild Wings National Franchisee Association.

09-11-09 - Douglas Duerr was a speaker for the 56th Annual Institute for City and County Attorneys. Topic: "Immigration: Complying With Mandates on Local Government."

09-09-09 - Douglas Duerr spoke at the Burger King National Franchisee Association, Government Relations Summit: "Lilly Ledbetter Act of 2009: Its Impact on Franchisees."

08-05-09 - Club Managers Association of America Immigration Update Webinar -
Dave Whitlock was the guest speaker beginning at 11:00 am.
This session covered current enforcement trends and policies, give you practical tips on how to stay out of trouble and avoid the ICEman, and briefly discuss the prospects for comprehensive immigration reform legislation.
