Profile
Josh practices labor and employment law with an emphasis on litigation related to employment discrimination for both private and public employers. He also advises and represents management in traditional labor relations matters including arbitrations, unfair labor practice cases before courts and the National Labor Relations Board, union elections, contract negotiations, strikes, and alternative dispute resolution. Josh also practices in the complex litigation group, litigating professional liability, directors and officers, errors & omission claims, commercial liability cases and consumer protection defense matters for corporations.

Josh has successfully defended several national clients in cases brought pursuant to the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (including sexual harassment and sex and race discrimination), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and related state tort matters.
