Doug’s practice focuses on representing companies in the full range of employment-related litigation, with an emphasis on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. He also regularly counsels companies regarding difficult employment decisions, including helping clients protect their competitive interests through restrictive covenant agreements, addressing the impact of social media in the workplace, understanding and navigating wage and hour issues and properly handling employee wage garnishments. Doug regularly advises and represents management in traditional labor relations matters, including arbitrations, unfair labor practice cases, union elections, contract negotiations, strikes and alternative dispute resolution. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group.
