John represents both private and government organizations in employment and complex litigation matters, ranging from cases brought by individuals to broad-scale class and collective actions. On the employment side, John's practice focuses on representing clients in litigation and providing day-to-day counseling regarding federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. As a member of the firm's Complex Litigation Group, John represents clients in business versus business contract disputes, fraud and conspiracy claims, RICO claims, and various other business tort claims.
