In law school, Miller was an active member of several student organizations, including the Mercer Law Review.  Miller graduated in the top 10% of his law school class, and he was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society for his scholastic and extracurricular contributions to the law school.

Profile
Miller practices labor and employment law with an emphasis on litigation related to employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for private employers.  He also advises and represents management in traditional labor relations matters including arbitrations, unfair labor practice cases before courts and the National Labor Relations Board, union elections, contract negotiations, srtikes, and alternative dispute resolution.  Miller also regularly advises clients on the impact of social media in the workplace.

Miller is also a member of the Complex Litigation Group.  Miller's practice focuses on professional liability, directors and officers liability, consumer protection, matters arising under the FCRA and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other Specialty Lines insurance defense work.

Awards & Honors
Miller was listed in the 2012 edition of Georgia Super Lawyers - Rising Star.  For the honor, lawyers throughout the sate are asked to nominate the best attorneys under 40.
