Read has focused his practice on representing employers in connection with lawsuits, charges, claims, grievances,  and appeals filed by employees; on designing, implementing, and representing employers in connection with employment dispute resolution programs; on counseling and representing employers in connection with non-competition agreements and trade secrets matters, including litigation; and on advising employers on all phases of employment law, including training. Read also works in the Complex Litigation Group, focusing on Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Liability, fraud, and other specialty lines of insurance claims.
