Read's practice focuses upon representing employers in connection with lawsuits, charges, claims, grievances, and appeals filed by employees. Read designs and helps employers implement employment dispute resolution programs. Read also advises employers about all aspects of employment law, including non-competition and trade secrets matters. In addition to representing employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, Read helps employers with management training and day-to-day counseling on all matters related to employment. Read also works in the Complex Litigation Group, focusing on Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Liability, Fraud, and other Specialty Lines insurance claims.
